Are Back for June and July

2009.

They cost only 240.00 euro per day.

Initially launched as a one-off project at the request of some of our clients, the Ashtown Live Sessions have become extremely popular.

We set the studio up with full drumkit, bass amp, and guitar amps, so that it's all ready to go before bands and artists even walk in the door.

Then you guys record live.

The studio is very big, and therefore very comfortable, which all helps to create the perfect environment for this kind of project.

From 20th June to 31st July, we are leaving the amps on!!

Bands and artists are invited to come in at 10.00am, and for 8 hours, put down their entire set with our experienced engineers Tommy and Jake.

Your mixed work will then be handed to you on 10 x lovely CDs.

All this for 240.00!

Sessions (as always) are limited, so book early and often!

The Stooges In Ashtown Recording Studios!

After a recent show in Dublin, members of legendary US punk gods The Stooges, spent some time putting down live tracks in Ashtown Recording Studios.

Ashtown Recording Studios recently embarked on a project to capture that 'elusive raw sound' from some of Ireland's best live bands. The project has proven a massive success for the studio, with Blood Or Whiskey and Paranoid Visions among the twenty something acts who signed up for the idea. The Stooges arrival to take part in the project has very definitely been the cherry on top!

In a surprise move, Mike Watt and Steve Makay, along with Irish band Estel, and Ashtown Recording Studio's Tommy O'Sullivan, put down a full live album, which is now available.
